Why not have 100 painted Victorian ladies on vases, pitchers, and such instead of one!
And is this a refined way of saying I like clutter......the Victorian vignette..below?
UMMMM maybe..........but even though there were many objects displayed in the Victorian home.........they were arranged just so......... according to a set of strict guidelines. Any spot whether is be a table, manteltop, wall or shelf anywhere was deemed bereft and without the personal touch if it did not have a clutterly collection of something on it. The home was also thought to be unwelcoming, and neglected..........or possessing bare ugliness. That just won't do in my life either.
So........welcome to my world of Victorian Christmas Clutter...................
Enough said.........do I have a Victorian Christmas clutter table or what? No tasteful restraints here! I even see a devil in there waiting until Hell freezes over to open her gift................

Girl, there's no doubt you've got the table clutter! ;)
I agree that there's something warm and cozy about a Victorian Christams. It sets me off into Dreamyland, and once I get there, it's hard to come back and work...which is what I'm supposed to be doing right now! So TTFN...

I might not have any Victorian Christmas clutter...but it is always deep in my heart this time of year. I can't stop watching every version of "A Christmas Carol" since Halloween and now my 7 year old daughter is hooked on that as well. A little "Victoriana" in the making!
OK...You get an A+ for your blog "little miss waiting til hell freezes over"!
And I love the intentional camera work!

mmmmm...I would love to live amongst that clutter. Yum!!
I thought I didn't care for Victorian, but evidently the "Devil" in the last photo has convinced me otherwise... I had to go back and back and back, examining each little image and every detail. What a feast for the eyes. Thank you for sharing your 'clutter' which I'm sure we ALL wish we had....
(You look wonderful in the picture, Sue!)
